Wulkan Precision Products is a High Frequency Induction Heat Treating facility that specializes in shallow case hardening. With our proprietary automation we can control cost and maintain a controlled and consistent hardness pattern regardless of quantity.
We supply sectioned samples to the customer with every setup as well as accumulate and store statistical records for our ISO and QS compliant customers.
We maintain a complete in-house tool room service that includes mills, lathes, grinding, welding, as well as support machinery that allows us to build custom fixtures and coils to meet your ID and OD Induction needs. These capabilities enable us to provide the customer with flexibility and fast turn around.
